Recipe: Perfect Jalapeño Burger

Jalapeño Burger. Thumbs up for a great burger. Therefore we stuff it in EVERYTHING we can — pigs in a blanket, egg rolls, chicken. It's time to fine tune your deliciously spicy Jalapeño BUBBA burger!

Jalapeño Burger Ground sirloin is lean ground beef made exclusively from the center loin cut. It has less connective tissue than regular ground beef for a super-tender burger. A well-flavored beef burger covered with melted cheese can be considered perfection on a bun but may be missing a little something for those who like a bit of heat at their cookouts. You can have Jalapeño Burger using 5 ingredients and 12 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Jalapeño Burger

  1. It’s 1 lb of ground beef.
  2. You need 1 of jalapeño.
  3. You need 1 1/4 of red onion.
  4. You need 1 tsp of adobo.
  5. It’s 1 pinch of paprika.

This deliciously spicy cheeseburger recipe gets its kick from finely chopped jalapeno peppers. Using a rubber spatula, slather the burgers with cream cheese and top with sliced cheese, remove pan from heat and cover with foil or silicone lid to melt cheese onto burgers. Build burgers: bun bottom, lettuce and onion, cheeseburgers, halved bacon slices and jalapeños, place bun top in place. Serve on buns with guacamole and additional toppings as desired.

Jalapeño Burger instructions

  1. Place ground beef in bowl.
  2. Add paprika and adobo.
  3. Dice onion and jalepeno.
  4. Add onion and jalapeño to bowl.
  5. Mix all ingredients.
  6. Create patties (I made 3 jumbo patties).
  7. Heat skillet/frying pan.
  8. Preheat over at 225°F.
  9. Cook each side for about 8 minutes.
  10. Remove from flame and place on baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes.
  12. Turn off stove and voila.

This is the only way I'll be making my burgers from now on! If you like jalapeño poppers, you'll LOVE this! I chopped up jalapeños that were in a jar (all that I had) and mixed that into the meat. Then took regular cream cheese and spread a good amount onto the burger. I can't believe no restaurants have this type of burger.
